People who have done evil things have chosen to listen to the evil one, thus our response should be to help them see the truth and get revenge Romans 12:19 . An act of revenge is the mask behind most crimes, thus reforming the criminal concerns teaching him or her that true revenge concerns not repeating what was done to them on others. True revenge concerns not becoming like the one who caused you grief Hebrews 10:30 . When Satan attacks us, he desires to make us resemble him. In the end, he wants to destroy those who listen to him since he wants all of the attention. Most bad criminals desire to kill themselves once caught, because Satan sees them as competition and this is why he is seen as the destroyer. He is such a ruthless destroyer that he attacks and convinces those who listen to him to kill them self. By killing them self they are refusing any reconciliation that God has to offer. Death is a punishment from God, when someone takes their life they are saying that God does not have that authority to punish them. Therefore any reconciliation with God is not possible. However, John 3:16 is the only hope. Thus the only way to heaven is through Jesus Christ. When someone says that I am a nice person, I say thank you. However, deep down I know that I am not a nice person. I am just a very vengeful person. Jesus Christ defeated evil, so when I act like him I know that I am getting my revenge. If someone does something to you that you don't like, then make a conscious act not to repeat that act on others. Most bullies were bullied them self. Our sinful nature has been passed down since Adam and Eve, therefore we have been repeating acts based on Satan's plan. I encourage you to take the lead and change your ways and be Christ like. If you do not take a conscious effort not to repeat an event that hurt you, then you will repeat a similar action on another. This behavior only promotes what caused you grief and leaves you with the feeling of a lack of revenge. I am a very vengeful person, thank you Jesus Christ. |
